These metal pressings have been designed and manufactured in the 10’s of thousands of units for a major car manufacturer. Malordale designed the tooling, working from cad data received direct from the customer.

A low volume specialist part manufactured for a car manufacturer. This component is surfaced finished in a wide range of styles – Zinc Plated or Electrophoretic Paint (EP).

Malordale can tool or manufacture for end of line components. Metal pressings are stiffened and toughened using Nitrotec ensuring high strength and durability for precision automotive parts.

Malordale are able to manufacture parts through a wide range of processes. The equipment in our engineering workshop includes that able to manufacture from progression tooling (one single process), enabling us to manufacture high volumes of
precision parts at competitive unit prices
