Malordale Engineering Ltd was established in 1978 and is strategically sited in Luton, which enables quick and easy access to both southern England and the Midlands. At that time we manufactured small prototype metal pressing, assemblies and fabrications supplying metal pressing only to the automotive market.
Over the years the Company has expanded to meet demand and has dramatically increased the scope and size of the manufacturing base for metal pressing, metal fabrication services.
We specialise in small to medium sized metal pressings and have a prototype metal pressings capacity of 200 tons.

In 1992, the Production Division was founded. This decision was derived due to the fact our Customers found our ability to provide prototype to full production volume supply a valuable service. The true benefits are, if we have problems during prototype manufacture which are not discussed and erased at the production tooling design stage, these problems will present themselves during production tool sampling resulting in increased costs and lead times and more important the possibility of delaying Initial Production Build for the metal pressing.

We are experiencing that our Customers are finding the overall service we offer of paramount importance as any unforeseeable problems are firstly, discussed between two parties only - ourselves and the Customer, and secondly, are completely eradicated before Production Tool Design.
